Ladies

Cut and finish

  • 60 minute appointment

  • Service includes consultation, shampoo, condition, cut and blow-dry

 

Redesign

  • 70 minute appointment

  • Service includes consultation, shampoo, condition, redesign cut and blow-dry

  • A redesign is creating a new design or shape in the hair, or where the length is taken up more than 2 inches, or the hair cut is longer than 8 weeks between cuts. Your stylist will advise you if you need a redesign or not

 

Blow-dry

  • 30 minute appointment

  • Service includes consultation, shampoo, and condition and blow-dry

 

Hair up

  • 60 minute appointment

  • Service includes styling previously washed and dried hair

  • Hair accessories can be used

  • Pins supplied

 

Gents
Wet cut

  • 45 minute appointment

  • Service includes consultation, shampoo, condition, cut and blow-dry
     

Dry cut

  • 30 minute appointment

  • service includes consultation, cut and style

 

Colour
Full head/roots

  • Length of appointment time is determined by the length of your hair

  • May be more than 1 colour

  • Please be aware that 48 hours prior to any hair colour service, we require you to undertake an allergy test

  • We reserve the right to not perform a colour service unless an allergy skin test has been applied 48 hours prior to your appointment

 

Woven highlights

  • Full head is a minimum of 90 minutes

  • Half head is a minimum of 60 minutes

  • May be more than 1 colour

  • Please be aware that 48 hours prior to any hair colour service, we require you to undertake an allergy test

Colour sale

  • Half price colour on selected dates

Recommend a friend

  • Half price cut and finish with new clients with a selected stylist

Child cuts

  • Under 12’s are classed as a child

  • 13-16 are charged half the price of selected stylist cut and finish price

  • 17+ are charged full price

 

Standby cut and finish

  • 60 minute appointment

  • Service includes consultation, shampoo, condition, cut and blow-dry

  • May only be booked on the day

  • Stylist is not allocated until the time of appointment

 

High maintenance club

  • 30 minute appointment

  • Service includes consultation, shampoo, condition and blowd-dry

  • 42 day membership for 6 Blow-dry appointments

  • Must be purchased in advance

  • Bronze, Silver or Gold level set at the time of purchase

  • Bronze membership valid with available stylist of your choice

  • Silver membership valid with a senior stylist of your choice

  • Gold membership valid with Designer or Artistic leader of your choice

Customer Complaints Process

  • Tell someone you are not happy while still in the salon if possible before leaving. Where we think this is reasonable, we will redo a part or all of the service again as soon as possible, free of charge.
     

  • If you have already left the salon, do not go to another salon, please contact EL esha via telephone 01733 310879 or email elesha@btconnect.com within 2 weeks of the service. We take all feedback seriously and we aim to resolve all complaints within 8 weeks of the service.
     

  • If we cannot fix the problem or you would prefer a refund, we may offer a partial refund or full refund depending on how reasonable we consider your complaint to be.
     

  • If after following our complaints policy we still can’t agree on how to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, as required by the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer disputes Regulations 2015 we will refer you to a certified alternative dispute resolution provider, hair & beauty mediator. As mediators they will listen to both sides and help us work together. This is not legally binding unless both parties agree on an outcome, but it is cheaper and quicker than taking legal action.
     

  • Please not there is a charge of £12.00 incl.VAT for the client and £30.00 incl.VAT for the salon.

RESERVATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you pay a reservation fee on making an appointment. We understand that things change. In the event you need to move your appointment, please give us at least 24hours notice and we will happily transfer your fee to another booking. Should your notice be within 24 hours, we will, with all good faith, endeavour to sell the empty appointment. Should we be able to sell the appointment, we will happily transfer your reservation fee to another appointment. Reservation fees are £10 for appointments of 60 minutes or less, £25 for appointments for chemical services
